NIKE SHAPA SOWETO​
 

In July 2019, we were approached by our homies at Futura to collaborate and conceptualise the visual identity system for the Nike Shapa Soweto Campus.

​

Our approach was to create a visual principal that was rooted in an African aesthetic while feeling distinctly Nike. We drew from the angle of the swoosh and created a dynamic pattern language that formed the base for the typography, architecture and visual language.

 

It was a dream thinking at this scale and an incredible experience working with the Futura team on such an amazing facility for the Soweto Community. Very proud of this work and very thankful to be a part of this team!
